Shipping policy

Once your order is placed before 9pm, we will send out all orders the next working day of you placing your order. Unless there is a holiday or stated otherwise. We will always contact you if there is a change in our delivery schedule. 

Once your package is with a company such as Zipmail or Knutsford, the responsibility of the package is in their hands until it reaches you. All tracking information will be provided once sent using those services. 

If you opt for a bearer to deliver to your door, the bearer will contact you once he is close.
