What are the payment options?

You can pay by online with a credit or debit card, Paypal or Bank transfer.

Cash on delivery is no longer accepted.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Island wide and worldwide. 

Depending on where you are on the Island, we can use Zipmail which is $300 added to your total or Knutsford Express which is $650 paid to Knustford office by you when you go to pick up your package. 

All delivery options will be shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to process? 

Orders placed before 9pm on a weekday will be processed and sent out for delivery the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out for delivery the following Monday. 

Where are you located?

We currently have no physical location and operate online online. However, our products are stocked in all Fontana pharmacies, EC Makeup Bar and Glamorholic in Portmore. 

How long do they last?

When applied correctly, our nails can last 1-2 weeks. 
How you treat your nails and the type of glue used will also play a role in how long they last.

Will they damage my nails?

In short, no. You only need glue to apply so when they are removed you nails will be back to normal. There will be no pressure on your nails from drilling, excessive buffing and harsh chemicals. If you pull of your press on nails with excessive force then this will damage your nail beds so please use the removal process we recommend to avoid this. 

How will I know my size?

Each set comes with 24-28 nails (24 for short sets, 28 for longer sets), in 12 sizes, this means most people find sizes from those options. If you are unsure or think you have extra small or extra wide nailbeds, send us a DM on instagram and we will advise. 

Can I reuse them?

Yes they can be reused if removed correctly with water and olive oil instead of acetone

Will my set come with glue?

Yes! All our sets now come with glue, along with a nail file, cuticle pusher, buffing block and alcohol pad all included so all you need to apply is right in your reach. 
You can upgrade to extra longhold glue for $900

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you do have any issues with your sets, feel free to contact us and we will fix the issue as fairly as possible.
